Nursing Home

Many times, we place our loved ones in a nursing home so they can get the much-needed care beyond what we can provide. We expect a certain level of care, and when we find out they are not getting that care, or they are sustaining injuries, or something worse, it angers us. And it should.

You are not the only one that holds nursing homes to a standard level of care. So does Texas law. While Texas law can be very unfavorable to someone harmed in a nursing home, not all hope is lost.
